Submitted information is stored on our own secured server, protected with encrypted admin access, rate-limited login, and restricted file permissions. Only authorized OMA staff can access it.

This site uses only a session cookie required for the admin panel to function, and no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Live Chat on This Site
This site has a live chat window, powered by our own system at crm.oma.com.eg. When it loads we record your IP address (and the country and city derived from it), the pages you view on this site, the page you arrived from, and your browser type — so we can see that someone is on the site and offer help.
If you start a chat, we keep what you type along with any name or email you enter, and create a contact record so we can follow up with you.
Messaging Us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp
Messages sent to our Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number arrive in the same system. From Facebook and Instagram we receive your message and your first and last name (or username) — nothing else: no IP address, no location, no email, no friend list, and no posts. From WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your profile name, and your messages.
We use this only to reply to you and keep the conversation history. It is never used for advertising and never shared with advertisers.
